Synopsis

Nakano Naval Academy runs a secret girls' program called "Virgin Fleet" in the years before World War II. The students there have access to a unique power called "Virgin Energy." As tensions with Russia heat up and war seems inevitable, a new recruit named Shiokaze Umino has to master her abilities if she wants to protect Japan from being wiped out.
