Synopsis

A decade after Max defeated the Demon Lord in an epic final battle, the villain makes good on his promise to return. There's just one problem—his resurrection isn't complete, leaving him stuck in the body of a child. Eager to settle things once and for all, the Demon Lord seeks out Max, only to find his old nemesis has become a total mess. The legendary hero who saved humanity is now a pathetic shell of his former self, and the Demon Lord is genuinely disappointed. Rather than give up, the demon decides to move in with Max and whip him back into fighting shape. But as he spends time with the fallen hero and learns what actually happened over the past ten years, he discovers there's way more going on than he realized. Max's decline isn't as simple as it seems.
