Synopsis

In a future marked by rising tensions between Japan and China, humanity's greatest achievement is Ocean Techno Polis—a massive floating city built out on the ocean. Everything changes when a mysterious disaster destroys a Taiwanese submarine, followed immediately by the entire city itself. Kurase, one of the engineers who helped build Ocean Techno Polis, finds himself in a race against time to save his family from the wreckage. But he's not just dealing with a disaster—he's also caught between a Japanese navy desperate to hide their involvement and the larger mystery of what actually caused the city to sink to the ocean floor.
