Synopsis

Tottoko Hamutaro Hai! picks up where the original Tottoko Hamutaro (known as Hamtaro in English) left off. The show follows the same 15 Ham-Hams, delivering quick 5-minute episodes featuring their adventures. The sequel has a noticeably different look though—it ditches the original's animation style in favor of 3D computer graphics. The character proportions changed too, with the hamsters' heads looking a bit off compared to their bodies, which takes some getting used to if you're coming from the original series.
