Synopsis

Ryouma Echizen and Seishun Academy have finally made it to the National Tournament, ready to fight for the championship. Their first opponent is Higa Middle School from Okinawa, the tournament's supposed dark horse—though they've already shown they're willing to play dirty to win. Seishun's determined to prove that real skill and sportsmanship matter more. If they win, they'll face Hyoutei Academy in the quarterfinals. Hyoutei's hungry to redeem themselves after losing at the Kanto Regionals and desperate to prove they deserve their spot at Nationals, especially since they only got in through a special invitation rather than winning their way through. Tennis no Oujisama: Zenkoku Taikai-hen kicks off the National Tournament arc as Ryouma and the Seishun team battle rivals old and new, each team bringing their own philosophy about how tennis should really be played.
