Synopsis

The village of Biaz is under the thumb of the Zein organization, who've basically enslaved the locals to fuel their world domination plans. Desperate for help, the villagers hire Lina Inverse and Naga the Serpent—two adventurers who are way more interested in the legendary elf treasure supposedly buried beneath the village than actually being heroes. They take the job anyway, but things quickly spiral into way more chaos than either of them bargained for, courtesy of both the Zein and whatever's waiting down there with that treasure.
