Synopsis

In the Kingdom of Ridill, Monica Everett is a genius mage famous for inventing chantless magic—casting spells without speaking the incantations. Thanks to this breakthrough ability, she's earned her place among the Seven Sages and gained a reputation for taking down powerful dragons solo, including the legendary black dragon. But here's the thing: she actually developed chantless magic because she's painfully shy and would rather live isolated on a mountaintop than deal with people. That all changes when one of her fellow sages asks her to secretly protect the second prince, Felix Arc Ridill, from assassination attempts. The catch? She has to go undercover as a student at Serendia Academy. Between protecting the prince and wrestling with her social anxiety around classmates, Monica's about to face her toughest challenge yet.
