Ichita Naiki serves as Vice President of Kiyosumi High School's student congress, essentially running things whenever Hisa Takei—the actual President—isn't around. He's more by-the-book than Hisa, so he doesn't always get her laid-back style, but he's genuinely supportive of her mahjong club involvement. When Kiyosumi made their national tournament run, Naiki was the one who pulled together a public viewing event for the matches.
