Alicia Lohmeyer serves as Britannia's aide and adviser, assigned to keep tabs on Nunnally after she becomes Viceroy of Area 11. She's the classic Britannian type—rigid, unyielding, and deeply skeptical of Nunnally's surprisingly sympathetic stance toward the Elevens. That said, she knows her place and follows orders without complaint, even when her personal views clash with her duties.
Her character is basically a direct homage to Miss Rottenmeier from the classic anime Heidi, Girl of the Alps, which carries through in both her name and design.
