Leviathan is the physical embodiment of the "God of Fortune and Misfortune".

He then appears at the Tower of Babel, wearing an outfit similar to Big the Budo and Strong the Budo, that is then revealed that is an armour donned by the gods when they were resolved to a course of action. He fights and then is defeated by Neptuneman.
