Hou Ken
Hou Ken is one of Zhao's "Three Great Heavens" and widely considered Ou Ki's greatest rival. He's also a Bushin—the supernatural warrior type that Kyou Kai was prophesied to face—though Hou Ken thinks of himself this way despite actually being a failed "Path Seeker."
Most of his life has been spent isolated in the mountains, obsessively training with his guandao. He only emerged when Kyou's presence during the Bayou conquest pulled him out of seclusion. He tore through her elite guards without breaking a sweat before taking her on directly and killing her. Ou Ki showed up and handed him a brutal defeat in return, scarring his face and filling his body with arrows. Hou Ken survived and limped back to the mountains, humbled by how far behind he still was.
Recovery took three years. Another six years of training followed before Ri Boku finally recruited him into Zhao's schemes against Qin.
