Sayuri Kinniku is Kinnikuman's mother and the 57th Queen of Planet Kinniku, married to Mayumi Kinniku. She's a Justice Choujin with a power level of 600,000, and you can spot her by the ママ (Mama) characters literally written on her forehead.

On the surface, Sayuri fits the archetypal caring, patient mother—but don't let that fool you. Once her son steps into the ring, she transforms into an absolute fanatic, getting so invested in his matches that she's been known to use her own husband as a visual aid to demonstrate moves to Kinnikuman. She can enlarge herself just like her son does, which she proved when she disguised herself as him to fight Kaijuu and help restore his reputation.
Most of the original manga and anime just call her Mama, but the Throne Arc gave her more screen time using her actual name. The credits typically list her as Queen Kinniku (キン肉王妃, Kinniku-Ouhi) across both anime versions.
