Role: Administrative staff member at the school
A student affairs clerk who initially rejected the Food Culture Research Club's application when they first tried to get official status. She wasn't convinced by their initial pitch, but after the club submitted a revised application, she actually showed up to inspect their activities in person. Once she saw they were serious about cooking and had legitimate plans, she gave them the green light to keep operating.
The club members just call her "Jimuin-san" (事務員さん)—basically "the clerk"—since that's what she is. She's not a main character or anything, just the bureaucratic gatekeeper who ended up being reasonable about it once they proved themselves.
