Guinevere of Britannia
Guinevere holds the title of First Princess of the Holy Britannian Empire. She's known for lavishing her considerable wealth on grand architectural projects and monuments—basically, if it's impressive and expensive, she's probably funded it at some point.
She carries a tattoo above her left breast. More significantly, she's held a grudge against the Chinese Federation for what she saw as a humiliating slight against her brother Odysseus, and she's made no secret of wanting them punished for it.
Things took a dramatic turn after the one-month skip. Guinevere encountered her brother Lelouch in the royal court and was blindsided to discover he was still alive. That shock turned to horror when he casually revealed he'd killed their father. She immediately ordered the guards to arrest him on the spot, but Suzaku intervened and stopped the attempt. What came next was worse—Lelouch activated his Geass and forced everyone in the court to accept him as the new emperor. The consequences were brutal for Guinevere and the rest of the imperial family: they were all reassigned to work as maids, stripped of their former status.
