Appearance
Angel sports long blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail and usually wears a communicator in his ear. His signature look is an expensive, custom-tailored white suit—something Rin doesn't hesitate to mock.
Personality
What's clear about Angel is his absolute, unquestioning loyalty to the True Cross Order. He'll carry out any command from his superiors without hesitation, including killing anyone who gets in his way. He's convinced that anything connected to Satan deserves destruction, period. There's also a mean streak to him—when he stabbed Rin straight through the leg during his trial, he casually mentioned the wound would heal fine, which says something about how he operates. Shura's description of him as a saint outside and a devil within seems to hit the mark.
Powers & Abilities
Angel doesn't have much combat footage under his belt, but his rank as Paladin tells you everything you need to know: that's the title reserved for the strongest exorcist alive. He proved it by taking down Shura, one of the series' heaviest hitters, with ease.
His weapon, Caliburn, is unusual—the blade can actually talk and has the personality of a young girl who's completely devoted to him. Angel's been known to cut his own hair with it in exchange for a power boost.
