Kunai is a flesh golem—a living being stitched together from corpses by a doctor in the far east. Her body is visibly patchwork, made up of different skin tones and held together by rough stitches. She's got an athletic, curvy build, though her right arm is noticeably more muscular than the rest of her frame. She has bronze eyes, long black hair in a ponytail, and a rolled-up scroll attached to the back of her neck—that scroll is what actually gives her consciousness and personality.
She's fiercely loyal and protective of her master, willing to do whatever it takes to keep them safe. She's a capable fighter, though she has a strong aversion to doctors, which makes sense given her origins. Despite everything, she's got a surprisingly pure heart beneath all that.
The catch is that her creator didn't know what he was doing. He sewed her together with no real medical knowledge, ignoring nerves and blood vessels entirely—just muscle and skin. Because of this, every part of her body carries traces of the people she's made from. They're semi-sentient, constantly haunting her thoughts. She doesn't really own her own body; it's more like she's sharing it with multiple dead people. When she's weakened, those fragmented consciousnesses can take control of individual limbs, sometimes hurting her in the process.
She doesn't fit neatly into either the human or supernatural categories—she's something in between.
