Bao Huang is a Headliner in Kaido's Beasts Pirates, basically serving as the crew's scheduler and administrative backbone. She's responsible for managing and announcing the daily plans for both the crew and their captain. Not the most glamorous role, but clearly someone Kaido trusts to keep things organized.
