Ganko Suwa—or just Gabby if you watched the English dub—is a pretty minor character who only shows up in a couple of Doraemon episodes: "The Cursing Camera" and "Small-size Nobita faces the Demon." She's best known among fans as Perman's little sister from the original Perman anime, where she had a more substantial supporting role. Since both series come from Fujiko F. Fujio, there's some crossover between the two worlds.
