Yukari Nishimoto is a kindergarten teacher living in Nankatsu, Shizuoka, though she originally grew up in Nagasaki. She's best known as Sanae Ozora's closest friend—the two went to school together at Nankatsu, where they also knew Ryo Ishizaki. She pops up as a minor recurring character throughout Captain Tsubasa.
