Takuya Seo, better known as Otaku-kun, is a first-year student in Class A who's basically living the stereotypical otaku lifestyle. He's genuinely obsessed with anime, especially the magical girl and shoujo stuff—the kind of shows most people wouldn't openly admit to watching. His academic performance is pretty rough overall, though he somehow still manages to squeeze out slightly better grades than Amane, which honestly isn't saying much.
