Okachimachi
Okachimachi is Oinky Doink Café's mascot, best known for her panda costume that she wears pretty much all the time. There's a lot of mystery around her, and honestly, almost nobody seems to know much about her actual background—only a handful of people have ever been let in on what her real deal is.
As for what she's actually like, that's kind of hard to pin down. She doesn't talk much about herself, but what does come through in various episodes is that she genuinely cares about helping her coworkers when they're going through stuff. She's supportive in that quiet, consistent way.
