Misaka Clones (Third Production Plan)
The newest generation of Misaka clones, these units represent a significant departure from their predecessors. Created under the "Third Production Plan" after Last Order was taken by Accelerator, they're designed with a completely different purpose in mind.
Abilities and Design
Ranked at Level 4, they're noticeably stronger than the standard Level 2 Sisters but still surpass Last Order. They can fire railguns, though their projectiles max out at just past the speed of sound—nowhere near Mikoto's three-times-sonic capability. Their lightning is distinctly purple rather than blue.
Physically, they're modeled after a high school version of Mikoto and actually stand 2-3 centimeters taller than the original. But that's where the resemblance ends. They sport dark circles under their eyes and orange irises instead of the gray eyes their predecessors have. Gone are the signature hairpins and Tokiwadai uniforms; instead, they wear full-body suits.
The most striking difference is internal: their bodies are embedded with metal parts throughout—a safeguard to prevent Last Order from controlling them. According to accounts, this modification is agonizing.
Purpose and Personality
One of these clones is slated to replace Last Order as the administrator of the Misaka Network, essentially upgrading the network's capabilities to further Aleister's larger scheme.
Their programming diverges from the Sisters in another crucial way. While they share Mikoto's appearance, their personalities were deliberately designed to mirror Mugino's instead—a significant psychological departure from the original clone line.
