He's a member of the Penal Hero Unit 9004 and basically lives and breathes dragons—he understands them completely and they adore him right back, especially the females. Neely holds a special place in his heart though. Human laws mean nothing to him; dragons are all he cares about.
Within the unit, he gets along well with Xylo and they're always pushing each other to compete, while Norgalle is his go-to person for hammering out battle strategies. He ended up sentenced to heroic service after orchestrating a dragon-led rebellion against the Second Capital, which was technically mutiny—though the drug trafficking charge also stuck to his record.
