Jonathan is a Marine officer stationed at the G-8 base who got caught up trying to stop the Straw Hat crew when they invaded the fortress. He's best known for his role in that arc as one of the base's personnel dealing with the chaos of the pirates' infiltration. Like most minor Marine antagonists from filler arcs, he didn't make a huge impression, but he's memorable enough to fans who watched that particular stretch of the series.
