The head of the Security, who gives commands or permission to Duel Chasers to enforce a Duel whenever needed. He is a seemingly cold, serious and calculating individual. He is cunning and methodical, being able to calmly take decisions in order to ensure criminals are apprehended. He also seems to have a love for chess and uses a chessboard to represent a Duel's progress. To get his own desires he is not above manipulation, whether it be verbally or general cheating.
He is the main antagonist of the Synchro Dimension Arc.
