A Marine with grayish-purplish hair and dark glasses, he was sent to intercept the Straw Hat Pirates and prevent them from recovering their gold. He never got the chance to finish warning the crew about what they were up against—Usopp shot him before he could say much. Later, when fellow Marine Shepherd arrived to apprehend the Straw Hats, he tried to give Shepherd some friendly advice: don't underestimate these guys. Shepherd wasn't interested in hearing it though, brushing him off along with his entire unit. He's also shown reporting to Vice Admiral Jonathan about the Going Merry's specifications.
