Kiyone Makibi
Kiyone works as a teacher and doubles as Tenchi's direct supervisor at work. She's got a reputation for being no-nonsense and strict—the kind of person who keeps things professional and by-the-book. That said, there's definitely a sadistic streak to her personality. She treats Tenchi more like a pet than a coworker, constantly finding ways to tease him and push him around. She clearly gets a kick out of asserting her dominance over him, whether through work-related power plays or just messing with him for entertainment.
