Breed is an anime-exclusive pirate and the main antagonist of the Caesar Retrieval Arc.
Somewhere along the way, Breed's own crew turned on him—they betrayed and kicked him out. That experience pretty much broke something in him; he decided friendship was a pointless lie. When he came across a Kung-Fu Dugong and its animal companions, instead of moving on, he enslaved them all. Using the powers of his Peto Peto no Mi, he bent them to his will and made them his obedient "pets."
