Kei Shikina runs the Nayuta Lab and manages all of Ataraxia's technology. She's also Hida Reiri's closest friend—basically her right hand in keeping the whole operation running.
She's a short, petite woman with blonde hair that takes on a more orange tint in the anime, and she usually keeps her glasses on along with her uniform. Compared to Reiri's more mature frame, Kei has a noticeably softer, younger-looking build.
Personality-wise, Kei comes across as calm and studious, which makes sense given she's basically the brains behind the lab. She's hardworking and genuinely intelligent—that's why she ended up in charge in the first place. She's pretty shy and tends to keep to herself, preferring to communicate through keyboard rather than talking, at least with anyone other than Reiri. Later on, she starts getting jealous of how much time Reiri spends with Kizuna instead of with her.
That said, beneath that reserved exterior, Kei's got a surprisingly kinky side. She's shown real interest in watching Kizuna during Heart Hybrid sessions with other women, and she's even recorded some of these encounters more than once.
