Unchushi
Unchushi is a scientist who lives up on Konron mountain. He's basically obsessed with paopei experiments—the guy's genuinely unhinged when it comes to chemistry and modifying these supernatural tools. He took on Raishinshi as a disciple and spent a lot of time tinkering with and upgrading Raishinshi's Tensouyoku paopei, constantly pushing it to new limits.
