Tadashi is a minor character who shows up as one of Nobita's classmates in several episodes of the anime, most notably "The Bow-Bow Grasshopper" (which aired in 1973, 1979, and again in 2005). He's basically the prankster type—the kind of kid who's always stirring up trouble at school.
