Tsunokkov is one of Emporio Ivankov's dancers and lives in Newkama Land, the hidden society tucked away in Level 5.5 of Impel Down. He's a former prisoner of the facility, which isn't unusual—most of Newkama's residents share that history. He first appeared in Episode 438.
