Bacura is this massive black panther that belongs to Boa Hancock and the Kuja Pirates. He's basically the tribe's executioner—been doing that job for generations—and he's got a pretty grim track record. Supposedly he eats his victims so thoroughly that nothing's left behind, not even bones.
When Luffy showed up at Amazon Lily, Bacura was sent into the battle arena to take him out. That didn't go well. One punch from Luffy was all it took to put him down.
