He can also use his blood to stitch up his own wounds with iron-reinforced seams. What makes Metallica genuinely terrifying, though, isn't just the slashing damage. The sheer amount of iron Nero strips from a victim's bloodstream is often fatal on its own—basically inducing lethal anemia before they even bleed out.
