Chika is basically a nine-year-old ball of energy obsessed with magical girls. She loves the whole package—the flashy costumes, the theatrical transformation sequences, all of it. Her toys, outfit, and overall vibe are straight out of a Sailor Moon-type show, and she's genuinely trying to live that fantasy. She's got a collection of trinket toys from various magical girl series and doesn't sweat the small stuff; whenever she messes up, she just smiles it off.
In the Cinderella Girls theater skits, she's tight with Kaoru Ryuzaki and Mai Fukuyama, her schoolmates. Her spontaneous energy tends to make Hinako Kita happy (at least in Hinako's daydreams) and exhausts the Producer. She prefers working with other young idols and actually stars in a magical girl TV show with her friends. Dressing up is pretty much her thing—she was a founding member of the "Little Marching Band Girls" unit, where she plays tambourine. She takes lessons with Chie Sasaki and Mai, though she's got some confusion about who does what (she thinks Arisa plays piano and Usako sings). You'll often spot her hanging around Hikaru Nanjo since they're both into doing transformation sequences together.
