Iba runs a small oden shop that sits right outside Minami bar. He's an older guy who's basically made his living off the foot traffic from the bar—customers would stumble out and grab a bite at his place or head over to Eden Hall instead. He's always seen Eden Hall as his main competition, mostly because they're both vying for the same late-night crowd.
