Meiko Shiraki is a third-year at Hachimitsu Academy and Vice-President of the Underground Student Council—a vigilante organization that runs the school from the shadows. She's the right hand to Mari Kurihara, the USC president, and basically handles all the dirty work. During the two-month lockdown when boys get thrown in the Prison Block, Meiko's the one running guard duty, which means she's also the one dishing out punishment.
She's tall, striking, and impossible to miss—gray hair pinned up in a bun with bangs, brown eyes, and the kind of body that gets attention whether she wants it or not. The school uniform barely restrains her, especially with that miniskirt and open collar she favors. She's always got her horse-whip on hand, both as a threat and as an actual tool of the trade.
Meiko doesn't hide what she is: a sadist with zero patience for men and the physical strength to back up her attitude. The five boys locked up learn this pretty quickly, particularly Takehito Morokuzu, who seems to be on the receiving end of her cruelty more than most. She's genuinely formidable in a fight—loyal to Mari to the point of obsession, and she proves it by handling whatever physical work needs doing. In her downtime, she'll knock out a hundred-plus squats and push-ups like it's nothing. Brutal feats of strength are kind of her thing.
