Tetsurou Yoshinogawa was a TV chef known for hosting a cooking show. When Taiki got invited as a guest to demonstrate strawberry shortcake baking alongside Makoto, things quickly went sideways—Usagi showed up uninvited and basically wrecked the whole segment trying to "help." Tetsurou had the foresight to have a backup cake ready, so the episode salvaged itself and aired without a total disaster.
The real trouble came after the cameras stopped rolling. Sailor Iron Mouse cornered him in the hallway and yanked out his Star Seed, which turned out to be blank. The extraction triggered his transformation into the Phage Sailor Chef, but Eternal Sailor Moon managed to restore him to normal.
