Flandre is the younger sister of Remilia and basically the family secret—locked away in the basement of Scarlet Devil Mansion because her unstable personality and reality-warping destructive power make her too dangerous to let roam free. She's been confined there for nearly 500 years, though she genuinely respects her older sister despite vastly outmatching her in raw power.
The thing about Flandre is that she never learned to feed like a normal vampire. Instead of hunting humans the traditional way, she's always been given cooked meals, so she has no instinct for proper predation. Whenever she actually tries to attack a human, she completely loses control and obliterates them—there's nothing left to drink. It's a recipe for disaster that basically guarantees her isolation.
Personality-wise, she's usually docile enough, but her insanity and fractured way of thinking make her genuinely unpredictable and hard to communicate with. She looks about as young as Remilia (both appear around 10 years old despite being half a millennium old), but there's something distinctly "off" about her.
Her most terrifying ability is deceptively simple: she can identify the point of maximum stress in any object—its "eye"—pull that point into her hand, and destroy it utterly by clenching her fist. Literally anything can be unmade this way. Combined with her monstrous physical strength, even her toys don't stand a chance; they all get obliterated during playtime.
Her wings are another oddity. They look nothing like typical vampire wings—they're not organic-looking bat wings at all. Most people assume they're artificial, possibly something she crafted and attached herself. Whether she lost her original wings or was born without them remains unclear.
