Chikusa Kakimoto—or "Kakipi" as Ken and M.M. call him—is one of Mukuro's longest-serving subordinates, having been at his side since childhood alongside Ken. He's the quiet type, speaking only when necessary, though he and Ken bicker constantly. His loyalty to Mukuro is absolute; he'd do anything the guy asks, including die for him.
On the surface, Chikusa looks like your average middle schooler in a Kokuyo uniform: glasses, white beanie, a barcode tattoo on his left cheek, and a bandage on his right. He's also borderline obsessive about cleanliness and showers, regularly pestering Ken to get clean himself. But that innocent exterior hides a genuinely dangerous assassin. His weapon of choice is a yo-yo rigged with poisoned needles—he calls it the "Hedgehog"—and he's scary accurate with it. He can control exactly where he throws the thing, turning it into a precise shower of toxins on his opponents.
Despite his reserved nature, Chikusa does care about Chrome, just like Ken does. He just never admits it openly. Instead, he'll tease Ken about his obvious concern, watching him squirm as Ken denies having any feelings for her at all.
