Ittetsu's a genin from Sunagakure who basically idolized the Kazekage. He was one of the shinobi picked for the rescue mission when the Kazekage got captured by the Akatsuki, and he took it seriously—the guy genuinely cared. When word came back that the Kazekage had been brought back to life, Ittetsu got so emotional about it that he broke down crying. Matsuri apparently found this funny enough to punch him for it.
