Taokaka is a catgirl from the Kaka village who's best known for being, well, kind of a mess—in the most endearing way possible. She wears an oversized coat that hides most of her face, leaving only glowing red eyes and teeth visible. What she actually looks like under there remains a mystery, though some fans have speculated about her true appearance based on other characters in her village.
The Elder sent her out on a job to collect the bounty on Ragna's head, which accidentally turned her into a vigilante. But honestly, she's way more invested in food than bounties. She'll fall asleep mid-mission, get hungry right after eating a full meal, and forget crucial details the moment she hears them. It's kind of her thing.
She's genuinely close with Litchi, calling her "Boobie Lady" affectionately.
