Duran
A reformed ex-gangster turned village doctor, Duran left his old life with Dante's crew behind to help his community. He had a genuine bond with the local kids and spent time playing with them—until Dante came back to ruin everything. The gang leader blackmailed him into attempting to kill Kenshiro, threatening to slaughter the children and strip the village of everything if he refused. Duran's attempt failed, and when he chose to save Kanna from Dante's men instead, they killed him for it. Kenshiro later avenges him by taking down Dante and his entire operation.
