Tsuuten Kyoushu rules over Kingou Island and ranks among the Sandai Sennin—the three great immortals. He's best known as Youzen's father, though his role in the story takes a tragic turn when Dakki strips him of his soul, leaving him as little more than a hollow shell of his former self.
His paopei, the Rikukonhan, is one of the seven super paopeis—essentially an unstoppable cloth weapon that nullifies anything it wraps around, whether body or soul. It's a fitting tool for someone of his stature, though it ultimately couldn't protect him from what Dakki had in store.
