Weather showed up early in the story with no memory of who he was, but Emporio convinced Jolyne to trust him anyway. He turned out to be genuinely useful—distant and a bit naive, sure, but loyal and willing to jump into danger without hesitation. He'd do weird stuff like stand way too close to Jolyne's face to get her attention instead of just calling her name. The guy was unflappable unless someone he cared about was actually in trouble.
His Stand, Weather Report, is basically a Swiss Army knife of weather control. It usually manifests as a humanoid cloud that can block attacks, warp incoming threats, or just straight-up weaponize whatever weather happens to be nearby. Pretty versatile when you need it.
