Saiko Metoki
He comes from money—serious money. His family runs the Saiko Conglomerate, one of the major players in the business world. But what really matters to his story is that he fell for Kokomi while he was in the city, hard enough that he transferred to PK Academy just to be closer to her.
His whole personality basically revolves around being wealthy and knowing it. He's the type to let you know about it too—smug doesn't even begin to cover it. That arrogance is pretty much his defining feature, the thing everyone remembers about him.
