Marika Fukuroi
Marika Fukuroi (real name: Mariko Fukuroi) is one of the core cast of Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku: JOKERS. She's best known for her love of combat and her unique approach to magical girl duties—so much so that she got kicked out of Mao School for taking things too far violence-wise.
The interesting thing about Marika is the contrast between her human and magical forms. When she's not transformed, she comes across as composed and thoughtful. But put her in a fight and that battle-hungry side takes over. Her actual magic ability lets her conjure magical flowers that bloom across her head, which serves as both a visual identifier and part of her combat arsenal.
