A 24-year-old pilot for Delta squadron who moonlights running the Ragnyannyan restaurant back home. Chuck flies a modified VF-31E Siegfried—specifically unit Δ03, painted in white, orange, and gray—outfitted with a retractable radome to detect Var Syndrome cases.
As a native Ragnan, Chuck's got the distinctive look of his species: gills running down his neck, fins jutting from his elbows, and what basically amounts to barnacle-like dreadlocks. Between flying combat sorties and keeping the restaurant going, he's got his hands pretty full.
