Hagita is a regular student at a school in Nagano who becomes Kakeru's close friend. He's not the type to command a room—he's pretty quiet and reserved, actually—but what he lacks in charisma he makes up for with genuine intelligence and a serious work ethic. The guy's basically glued to manga and has a real love for the TV show Yuugata Get. He's thoughtful enough to buy Kakeru manga as a birthday gift, which says something about how much the friendship matters to him. Throughout the story, there are little moments and comments that hint he's got feelings for Murasaka, and it turns out he was right to hold onto that—in the future timeline, the two end up married.
