Kotoori Sarasa is 17 years old and an ordinary high school student. She likes black tea, as well as the Amber Teahouse and its proprietor, and has started working part-time there. She's serious and precise. She's good at taking care of others, and can't abandon a person when she sees they're in trouble. She worries about that aspect of her personality though.
